- March 2017: Transitioned our partnership as Asuhar B stepped back and Pavithra B joined, reinvigorating our strategic vision.
- October 2017: Expanded our service portfolio by launching brand-specific services for HP and Acer.
- 2019: Achieved a significant milestone by securing the first AMC contract in ISRO for HP printer maintenance, marking our commitment to excellence and reliability.
